An exclusive network of senior commercial real estate leaders known as BOMA Canada’s National Advisory Council gathered in Toronto on Tuesday to provide BOMA with strategic perspective and to share insight into the industry.
Now in its fourth year, the very successful half-day format provides a unique opportunity for NAC members to discuss pressing issues affecting the industry.
Among this year’s discussion items were milestones for the association’s hallmark environmental certification program BOMA BEST® – new brand, new Portfolio Program, new Sustainable Workplace Certification (Public Launch in 2016); Building Resiliency; Building Operator Certification; and the association’s annual conference BOMEX® and National Awards.
This year’s session also included a BOMA International update delivered by Vice Chair Rob Brierley of Colliers International.
BOMA Canada looks forward to sharing information from the session with its stakeholders and thanks the 2015 National Advisory Council members for their time and invaluable contribution.
