Economic research director Daniel Foch offers an update on Canadian economic conditions, how that relates to the commercial real estate industry and a lookahead at what might be next.
Foch is the director of economic research with RARE Real Estate, which is based in Toronto. He and host Chad Griffiths will explore three key themes:

Foch and his team have transacted over $250 million in real estate across a variety of asset classes.
During his academic career, Foch was an active instructor, contributor and researcher in the University of Guelph's Real Estate Faculty and founder of The University's International URECC event. He was awarded for affordable housing innovation by CMHC and The University of Guelph.
