Economic research director Daniel Foch offers an update on Canadian economic conditions, how that relates to the commercial real estate industry and a lookahead at what might be next.
Foch is the director of economic research with RARE Real Estate, which is based in Toronto. He and host Chad Griffiths will explore three key themes:

Foch has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years with organizations including InterRent REIT, CBRE and Hydro One.
Foch and his team have transacted over $250 million in real estate across a variety of asset classes.
During his academic career, Foch was an active instructor, contributor and researcher in the University of Guelph's Real Estate Faculty and founder of The University's International URECC event. He was awarded for affordable housing innovation by CMHC and The University of Guelph.
He is a regular contributor in the media as a balanced source of real estate insight in Canada, featured in The Wall Street Journal, CBC, BNN Bloomberg, The Globe and Mail and others.
