A joint venture involving KingSett Capital and Candev has acquired a portfolio of five industrial buildings in three properties in the Montreal borough of Saint-Leonard from Groupe Petra.

Jadco acquires Galeries Laval shopping centre from Fonds FTQ

Jadco Group has spent $126 million to purchase Galeries Laval, a 591,000-square-foot shopping mall in the Greater Montreal city of Laval. It is the second-largest shopping centre transaction in the province during 2024.
