A group of investors is spending $52 million to give new life to a vacant, century-old castle-like building in old Quebec City. Le 401 will have 142 apartments, plus ground-floor commercial space when it’s delivered in spring 2027.
Occupancy has begun at DBS Developments’ 35-storey, 404-unit tower at Bela Square, the first new purpose-built rental community in Toronto’s Main-Danforth area in more than 50 years.
