Primaris plans $49.5M food court renovation for Promenades St-Bruno in Montreal

A $49.5M upgrade to the Promenades St-Bruno shopping centre is planned to begin this fall, owner Primaris REIT (PMZ-UN-T) announced on Wednesday. It's the first major renovation for the mall since Primaris bought it from Cadillac Fairview last October.

Groupe Dumont moves into Toronto with 1,200-unit multifamily acquisition

Laval-based Groupe Dumont has made its first venture into the Toronto market with the purchase of the 1,212-unit, four-tower The Oaks on the Green apartment complex in North York. Dumont acquired the buildings from Greenwin for an undisclosed amount.
