In this week's episode Keller Williams Commercial agent David Dunaway joins host Chad Griffiths to discuss transitioning into industrial real estate from corporate sales.
They discuss the transition into the industrial real estate sector, how experience and education have been helpful, and various aspects of his home Texas real estate market versus the rest of the United States.
Dunaway is currently based in Dallas for KW Commercial.
He grew up in Memphis and earned an electrical engineering degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, then got his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He worked in sales for large technology companies (Cisco, Hewlett Packard and others) before moving into commercial real estate in 2019.
Dunaway has experience with industrial properties, recreational vehicle parks, as well as the hospitality and land sectors.
