Simpson is the founder and principal of Toronto-based Focus Developments – a real estate company investing in industrial properties throughout Ontario. Focus provides opportunities to invest in industrial assets for long-term growth and diversification.
He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis, construction, and engineering and has led teams delivering commercial real estate and infrastructure projects worth over $100 million during his career.
He is a licensed professional engineer, an experienced project manager, and holds a diploma in urban land economics from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
As principal of Focus Developments, he executes strategy, investment analysis, and oversees acquisitions and asset management.
