We look at the city’s strategies, areas of transformation, energy efficiency, retrofitting and touch on residential programs as well. We explore the numerous funding and rebate programs available to building owners and homeowners, plus existing and up-and-coming technologies, energy codes, building design and more!

Gerald has been a licensed REALTOR since 1990 is currently Broker / Manager at Royal LePage Magna Realty in Edmonton. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute as well as the Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI) and the Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) designations from REIC.
