Darin Rayburn has worked in the real estate industry since 1991, and following his tenure as the president and CEO of Melcor Developments and Melcor REIT, he founded Foray Development Corp.

In addition to extensive experience in all asset classes, Rayburn led the company through a considerable amount of industrial real estate development and ownership. The  discussion covers what Rayburn looks for in industrial opportunities, and how he views the market both as an investor and developer.

Dating back nearly 100 years, Melcor is a diversified real estate company that has completed over 2.3 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties in Canada and the U.S. with another 7.5 million square feet earmarked for future development.
