Genesis Hospitality, a Brandon, Man.-based company, has purchased two Marriott hotels at Calgary International Airport. The acquisition is a dual-branded property: the Courtyard by Marriott and The Residence Inn by Marriott located at 2500 and 2530 48th Ave. NE.

Oktodev intends to spend roughly $90 million to build a 14-storey, 180-room “upscale luxury” hotel in downtown Montreal, in the final phase of three-phase Phillips Square complex that includes condos and rental units.
