Downs joined Halff in 1995, has led Halff’s Private Sector Architectural practice for over 10 years and has designed and managed millions of square feet of industrial buildings during that time period.
He has teamed with some of the largest industrial developers in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Kansas State University College of Architecture and Design.
