Carroll has over 15 years of international business experience, and is currently international logistics and supply chain strategy leader at VOXX International Corp. He has an in-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics after spending more than a decade managing daily operations in the U.S.A., Canada, The Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, China.
Having lived in Latin America for over 12 years, the U.K. for two years, and the U.S.A. for over 20 years, as well as having worked extensively throughout Southeast Asia and Western Europe, he approaches his work with a multicultural perspective.
He is fluent in Spanish and can speak German.
Carroll is a graduate of Purdue University, where he played basketball. He was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honouree, the recipient of the Distinguished Scholar-Athlete award for outstanding academic achievements, and the Ward Lambert academic award.
