Blackstone’s take-private bid for one of the largest Canadian owners of residential and multifamily property, Toronto-based Tricon Residential Inc. (TCN-T), has received final regulatory approval and is scheduled to close on May 1.
GWL Realty Advisors has acquired a second development property along Robson Street in Vancouver. The purchase of 1555 Robson St., adjacent to a property it already owns, creates a 0.77-acre site to redevelop with over 400 apartments plus retail.
