An Ontario-based First Nations group which has purchased Edmonton’s Connect Centre - one of the city’s most prominent downtown mixed-use properties - has plans to move quickly on a major residential expansion at the site.
Canadian Utilities Limited, an ATCO company, is relocating its downtown Edmonton office, and 1,200 employees, to a newly renovated tower that will be renamed ATCO Place. It is the largest such move in over a decade in the city.
