Hazelview Properties has begun pre-leasing and model suite tours for Story of Willett West, a 530-unit rental community in Halifax’s Clayton Park neighbourhood that will be one of the city’s largest apartment complexes when complete.
Primaris REIT (PMZ-UN-T) has been very actively acquiring enclosed shopping centres over the past couple of years, and is taking steps to intensify some of the sites. Multifamily buildings are likely to start appearing at several of its malls.
