She worked for many years for Bermuda’s daily newspaper, The Royal Gazette, taking on roles of progressive responsibility including deputy business editor and assistant news editor. Starlight Investments closes $1.2B U.K. build-to-rent fund

Toronto-based Starlight Investments has closed a U.K. fund focused on build-to-rent (BTR) development following a successful $1.27-billion (£680 million) fundraise. Starlight said the fund will support the acquisition and delivery of over 6,000 BTR homes across the U.K.
