Tania is a veteran journalist and editor with over two decades of newsroom experience across print, digital and broadcast formats. She worked for many years for Bermuda’s daily newspaper, The Royal Gazette, taking on roles of progressive responsibility including deputy business editor and assistant news editor. While living in the United Kingdom, Tania worked with the BBC and the Jersey Evening Post, with a particular focus on court reporting, including on-air breaking news. Halifax-based Clarke Inc. (CKI-T) announced this morning it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ravelin Properties REIT (RPR-UN-T) in an all-stock deal valued at $1.1 billion, including debt.
