Tania is a veteran journalist and editor with over two decades of newsroom experience across print, digital and broadcast formats. She worked for many years for Bermuda’s daily newspaper, The Royal Gazette, taking on roles of progressive responsibility including deputy business editor and assistant news editor. Slate Grocery REIT considers buyout from its external manager

Toronto-based Slate Grocery REIT has received a buy-out proposal from its external manager, Slate Asset Management, the REIT announced this morning. Slate Grocery said its board of trustees has established a special committee in response to the proposal.
