CPP Investments and Dream Industrial REIT have sold two industrial buildings, at 750 Creditstone Rd. and 121 Pippin Rd. north of Toronto in Vaughan, to Zzen Group of Companies Limited for $115 million.

Dream enters U.K. multi-let industrial with $147M acquisition of Chancerygate

Dream announced that it has agreed to buy U.K. industrial developer and asset manager Chancerygate for $147M. The joint acquisition by Dream Unlimited Corp. and Dream Industrial REIT commits an additional $47M to complete ongoing Chancerygate developments.
