Bullish on the industrial markets in Ottawa and the U.S., Montreal-based developer Rosefellow will open offices in the national capital and Miami. “We see an incredible runway in Ottawa,” says Rosefellow co-CEO Mike Jager.

Cadillac Fairview said on Friday that it completed the sale of 50 per cent, non-managing interests in CF Pointe Claire mall in Montreal and CF Markville mall in Markham to KingSett's Real Estate Growth LP No. 9.
