RioCan REIT has sold the 340,000-square-foot Strawberry Hills Shopping Centre in Surrey in Metro Vancouver for $155 million. The buyer is identified as Strawberry Hill Shopping Centre Holding Co.
Overall investment in Canada was down by 35 per cent in 2023 versus 2022, according to data from Altus Group, the most significant percentage drop since the first year of the pandemic.
