Financing CRE, with guest Kevin Gardner of Canada ICI 

Today RENX debuts another videocast / podcast, The Industrial Real Estate Show with Chad Griffiths, a partner with NAI Commercial Real Estate. As the show’s name implies, Griffiths and his guests will focus on the industrial sector, but there will be lots of discussion about other CRE sectors, issues and markets as well.

Griffiths’ first guest this season is Kevin Gardner, senior director with Canada ICI and an expert in commercial real estate finance (this is the second season for the podcast, which is hosted on YouTube and embedded here with permission). They discuss a number of interesting points about both industrial real estate and the commercial real estate market as a whole.
