Metro Vancouver-based Colony Construction is building a three-storey strata building in Surrey’s Campbell Heights business park, the latest stacked industrial project in an emerging wave of multilevel developments in the region.
The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is likely to experience an oversupply of office space for the next 20 years, according to a new Altus Group Economic Consulting report titled Office Needs and Policy Direction in the GTA. The study was commissioned by the NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter.
