Markham King Square mall, development land in receivership, for sale

One of the country’s largest Asian-style shopping centres, the 340,000-square-foot King Square in the Toronto suburb of Markham, along with an adjacent development land parcel are being administered for sale by Ernst and Young under a court-ordered receivership process.

Reliance pitches mixed-use development at Capital Iron Lands

Victoria’s city council will soon review Reliance Properties’ application for Capital Iron Lands, a largely undeveloped 6.7-acre site along a long-dormant harbour that would be a key component for the British Columbia capital’s planned Arts & Innovation District.
