Kellerman’s experience covers a broad spectrum of project types with a strong focus on the private sector. His areas of expertise include master planning, programming and design of industrial, light industrial, business parks, commercial buildings and retail precincts for a variety of public buildings.
He builds and maintains strong relationships with developers and building owners, working closely with the client team to establish the project drivers, goals, and milestones.
Kellerman has an in-depth understanding of the process required (“dirt-to-keys”) to provide both build-to-suit and speculative market-ready facilities.
With experience in greenfield and brownfield projects, he is responsible for planning, design and client co-ordination on projects ranging from $500,000 to over $100 million in scope.
