Host Gerald Tostowaryk and fellow podcaster Chad Griffiths join Jesse Harwell’s The Sales Gypsy podcast (based in the U.S.), to offer an overview of the commercial real estate market and conditions in both Canada and the United States.

They participate in a wide-ranging discussion about various aspect of the CRE market, the potential impact of interest rates, the economy, and strategies for dealing with the uncertainty. They also offer some insights and perspective on debt levels.
