Nolan Adkin, Adrian Fitz-Gerald and Shannon Sawicky have been named principals by commercial real estate services firm Avison Young. All three are based Ontario offices.

Adkin has been with the Southwestern Ontario office in London for five years as a sales and leasing broker. He provides strategic advisory services across various asset classes, including industrial, office, retail and investment properties.
Fitz-Gerald joined Avison Young in 2022 and is based in its global headquarters in Toronto. As national director of human resources for Canada, Fitz-Gerald sits on the global human resources leadership team and leads the HR function nationally, responsible for driving human capital strategies.
Sawicky started at Avison Young’s Toronto office in 2016 as a junior valuation consultant. She has since become director, valuation and advisory services. Sawicky has extensive experience across all commercial asset classes in Canada and has specialized expertise in dispute resolution and litigation.
