PC Urban launches IntraUrban build, mulls spinoff

PC Urban‘s industrial strata brand IntraUrban is so successful it’s considering creating a separate company. “I think the following has been so strong that a case could be made for having a standalone development company,” CEO Brent Sawchyn told RENX.
