Influx of new space pushes office vacancy to 16.3%
The national office vacancy rate in Canada has moved up slightly to 16.3 per cent in the first quarter of this year but the main cause of that isn’t a lack of demand, according to a new report by CBRE.

Facebook adding Manhattan office space
