Ivanhoé Cambridge has acquired South Carolina-based Greystar‘s 30-property multiresidential portfolio for $3.6 billion. The deal involves nearly 10,000 units mainly in the U.S. Sun Belt and its coastal suburbs. Greystar and Ivanhoé Cambridge had earlier partnered on a Paris office building.

Lakeview Hotel Investment Corp. (LHR-DB-C-X) announced today it has entered into an arrangement agreement where 13487407 Canada Inc., 13487369 Canada Inc. and 13487326 Canada Inc. have agreed to acquire all of its outstanding common shares. Lakeview operates a portfolio of five hotels.
