Kelowna council strips golf course of industrial zoning
Kelowna city council has voted to strip Kelowna Springs Golf Course of its industrial land use designation. Adoption of the designation in the city’s Official Community Plan led Denciti Development Corp. to acquire the 106-acre property.
Denciti proposes six-storey rental building in Victoria
North Vancouver-based Denciti Development Corp. has submitted a rezoning application for a 135-unit, six-storey rental building on the Victoria site of a bingo hall and two single-family homes. Denciti changed the plans to include two ground-floor live-work units.

6,104 properties have been declared or deemed empty under Ottawa's new residential vacant unit tax, designed to ensure liveable homes don't sit empty. City staff say 3,268 homes were declared vacant by homeowners, while no declaration was received for 2,836.
