Mike Laurie, P.Eng. is the founder and president of Planit Engineering, a Canadian building measurement and building information company founded more than three decades ago. His work spans commercial building measurement, BOMA area certification, existing-building documentation and digital building information. He also serves as an expert witness on building measurement, floor area, BOMA standards and related CRE disputes. Planit works with Builtstream, a Canadian building technology company, on selected digital building information and intelligence initiatives.
