Nadeem is the founder and president of GreenBirch Capital – a firm that specializes in multifamily, construction and commercial real estate financing. Throughout his career he has underwritten and funded over $1 billion of these types of mortgages. GreenBirch Capital is a CMHC approved correspondent for multifamily mortgages which allows them to apply and negotiate loans directly with CMHC. Nadeem holds a MBA from Queens University, an undergraduate business (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University, and is a CPA.
