Wesgroup Properties is moving forward with a pair of residential towers in Burnaby’s Metrotown area after receiving final approval from the city last week to construct the second building.
CAPREIT (CAR.UN-T) has acquired the newly constructed Alto Towers apartments in London, Ont., for $130 million, the trust announced this morning. The transaction is part of $216M in acquisitions and dispositions CAPREIT completed in Q1.
