Dunkel brings over 27 years of real estate, finance and investing experience to his position as chief investment officer of Wayne, Pa.-based Belrose.
He manages the firm’s financial underwriting, creating deal structures that ensure achievable investor returns.
He also works closely with private investors to communicate new acquisition and investing opportunities, as well as reporting on the progress of current investments.
Dunkel enjoys golfing, hiking and playing guitar.
As an avid investor and lifelong learner, he's actively involved in organizations including Self-Storage Mastermind, RaiseMasters Mastermind and the Oren Klaff Braintrust.
