McCrossin is an industrial real estate investor who got started in the industry by purchasing a two-bedroom condo. When he sold it five years later, he says he came out with $0 but was able to capitalize on the tax benefit and lived for free for five years.
He took that experience and has grown his portfolio to now include a number of industrial properties totalling roughly 365,000 square feet.
