Bupp’s expertise is to identify, acquire, and reposition underperforming assets. In addition to his experience in commercial real estate, Bupp is the host of two podcasts, Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow and The Mobile Home Park Investing Podcast.
He is also the founder of several charitable organizations including RunningForBrews.com, a social running club with more than 10,000 active members, and 72 Hours to Key West, an annual 280-mile bike ride benefitting impoverished families during the holidays. Together, they’ve donated more than $300,000 US in Southwest Florida.
