Among the topics are the ongoing shift to hybrid work models and the many impacts that has on urban downtown cores, and the need for a heightened focus on the 15-minute city concept.
The impacts include potential safety concerns, the loss of retailers due to lower foot traffic, and strategies which are being employed to stem and turn the tide.
