Commercial real estate executive Gary Chesson, author of Creating Trinity, discusses the book and his experiences investing over $4 billion US into office and industrial real estate.

Chesson is a co-founder of Trinity Partners, a Carolinas-based full-service commercial real estate firm, and Trinity Capital Advisors, a private equity real estate investment firm that has invested over $4 billion across the Southeastern United States.

In addition to being a serial entrepreneur, he is an avid fisherman, runner and passionate advocate for the homeless.

Chesson graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and lives in Charlotte.
