As vice president of commercial solutions, Eric leads FCT’s commercial real estate business, where he oversees product development and operations and is responsible for fostering key relationships with lawyers, lenders and national businesses across Canada. Eric is also responsible for assisting FCT and First American’s cross border initiatives, helping Canadian investors and lenders in transacting across the border. Eric’s extensive expertise in commercial real estate and title insurance sector has led him to many strategic leadership roles at FCT and he continues to promote best practices and education across the industry. Eric holds a Bachelor of Laws from Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. Eric is also a member of the Law and Society of Ontario.
