Jane Domenico, SVP & National Lead, Retail Services, Colliers Real Estate Management Services Jane has over 20 years of national, cross-functional experience in real estate, asset, investment, property and portfolio management. Jane’s depth of experience in retail real estate has allowed her to become an authority on enclosed malls and necessity-based retail. She has won multiple ICSC Gold Canadian Maple Leaf Awards and has spoken at several ICSC Leasing and Operations conferences, as well as the NRF Annual Convention & Expo. Madeleine Nicholls, Managing Director, GTA Brokerage and Head of National Retail Practice Madeleine joined Colliers in March 2020. Prior to joining Colliers, she led the National Retail Division at Dream and had worked with several major landlords across Canada, as well as in brokerage. She has successfully leased a variety of mixed-use and retail projects ranging in size from urban retail to 73-acre retail/office/residential mixed-use developments. Madeleine is a global citizen, having travelled to over 30 countries, and lived on 3 continents.
