Westcliff acquires Champlain Place, largest mall in New Brunswick

Westcliff has acquired the 784,372-square-foot Champlain Place shopping centre in Dieppe, just outside Moncton, as former owner Cadillac Fairview continues divesting major retail properties in a realignment of its investment allocations.

 

GTA office availability still rising, but might be nearing peak

Office space availability rose to 20.8 per cent and the number of buildings with over 50,000 square feet available increased to 240 from 229 during Q3, according to Avison Young’s latest GTA office report. But the news isn't all bad.
