Prime Group Holdings, LLC has made its first Canadian self-storage acquisition in the hamlet of Sherwood Park, just east of Edmonton.. The business, which is nearly 90 per cent occupied, previously operated under the Pockit Self Storage banner.
Oxford Properties Group has sold a 75% stake in two Toronto-area industrial parks comprising 5.1 million square feet to San Francisco-based TPG for approximately $1 billion. It intends to recycle the proceeds into its industrial development program.
