H&R REIT (HR.UN-T) has an agreement to sell one of its marquee Toronto office properties, the CORUS Quay building along the Lake Ontario waterfront, to George Brown College and Halmont Properties Corp., for $232.5 million.

UPDATED: A brownfield property in Vancouver’s Strathcona neighbourhood is to be the future home of the largest purpose-built Tesla service facility in North America. Beedie will lead development of the 120,000-square-foot flagship Tesla Centre.
