Vicano Developments Limited has closed on the acquisition of a 67.75-acre development site across the road from the massive Volkswagen battery factory in St. Thomas, Ont., and is already marketing it to potential industrial tenants.

Manulife partners with Scannell, StepStone in $1.2B industrial recapitalization
