Montreal's Sina moves into apartment development ... in Ottawa

Sina will invest $100 million to build its first multiresidential project, a 196-unit development in Ottawa's suburban Kanata neighbourhood. Montreal-based Sina chose Kanata because of its extremely low multiresidential vacancy and proximity to Canada's largest tech park.
