Toronto, ON — January 19, 2026 — Peakhill Capital is pleased to announce the launch of Peakhill Opportunity REIT (“P-REIT”), a new real estate investment trust focused on acquiring and managing income-generating apartment assets across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions.
With a flexible investment mandate and deep market expertise, P-REIT is designed to build a resilient portfolio that performs across market cycles.
Initially focused within the GTA, Southwestern Ontario, and peripheral markets, P-REIT will target stabilized and value-add multifamily assets in high-demand rental markets. Over the medium term, the REIT plans to expand into other underpenetrated regions across Canada, including Quebec, Eastern Canada, and the Prairies.

This approach enhances diversification by geography, asset type, and risk profile, while unlocking access to off-market opportunities.
