Volodya Gusak, CPA, CA is a co-founder and President of Denciti Development Corp. Denciti is a Vancouver-based real estate development company that creates industrial, commercial and residential developments across British Columbia. MDP provides the framework for rigorous, out-of-the-box thinking that leads to inspired solutions - something we need more of as we plan for the future.
