Denciti Development Corp. bought the 106.4-acre Kelowna Springs Golf Course last October after Kelowna city council adopted a new Official Community Plan (OCP) which designated the land for future industrial and employment uses. Then, everything changed.
They've been friends for some 30 years and developed working relationships at Standard Life Investments and Fiera Properties for close to 20; now Peter Cuthbert and Blair McCreadie have launched Beausoleil Real Estate Investments Ltd.
