Canadian Utilities Limited, an ATCO company, is relocating its downtown Edmonton office, and 1,200 employees, to a newly renovated tower that will be renamed ATCO Place. It is the largest such move in over a decade in the city.
Elite Real Estate Group has acquired two Edmonton apartment buildings from Boardwalk REIT in a $37-million, off-market deal. Tower Hill and The Palisades are two concrete high-rise rental buildings with a combined 176 units.
