The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) has appointed Caroline Vermette as senior vice-president and chief financial officer. PSP also said Alexandre Roy has been named senior vice-president and chief risk officer.
CAPREIT and its majority-owned subsidiary European Residential REIT are selling of a portfolio of 1,446 apartments in the Netherlands for $522 million, another $39-million property, and intend to sell ERES’ remaining properties and wind up the trust.
