Hong Kong’s Aoyuan Property Group went international for the first time with a development in Sydney, Australia in 2015. A quick look at Saskatoon as an example; of the 60 individuals who work full time in commercial real estate sales as licensed agents, 13 per cent are female.
Six months ago: Morassutti on cap rates, foreign investment, Trump
As Canada’s economy gained strength through the first half of the year, national capitalization rates compressed across all sectors except hotels. That may be coming to an end, however, according to Paul Morassutti, executive managing director of CBRE Canada, which just issued its “Q2 2017 Canadian Cap Rates & Investment Insights” report.
