Slate Office REIT has completed the acquisition of three office properties in Toronto and Fredericton for a total purchase price of $165-million. Among the properties is the three-building West Metro Corporate Centre in Etobicoke along the Highway 427 corridor.

Claridge and Ivanhoé Cambridge have created a partnership to invest alongside private property developers in mid-sized real estate projects in the Greater Montreal region. The partners are setting up a vehicle to invest about $100 million. They’ll be looking at development projects in the residential, mixed-use, light industrial and low-density office building sectors.
